This home is the first in Colorado to receive Authentic Italian Plaster on the exterior. The Lime Plaster is not traditional stucco. It is a superior finish to cementitious and synthetic stuccos, in durability, aesthetics, quality, and versatility . Please see Plaster pages for more info. Built in 2006, the plaster is becoming more beautiful through the natural aging process that is typical of the Authentic Italian lime plasters. This home also featured interior Venetian Plasters. A gold leaf metallic Venetian plaster and a deep red Authentic Venetian plaster - (high gloss) (the red in the library needs re-photographed) The Authentic plaster we use is the finest in the world and is imported from Italy.
